Something can always go wrong
If you order from Ophangsystemen.nl, we try to give you as much information as possible about the products in advance. We think this is important, because in this way we avoid disappointments and/or surprises about what you have ordered.

Despite that extensive information and extra careful shipping procedures, it is of course always possible that a product is not what you imagined, or that it is somehow damaged or incomplete. In that case, of course, you may return an order.

How does that work?
Is a product still not to your liking? Or have you received an incorrect, damaged or incomplete item?

How do I send everything back?

– We will discuss with you which carrier is best to be charged with shipping.
– Repackage everything in the original shipping material
– Always include the original packing slip with the item
– Address to the address you have been given by our customer service department

Return
The moment you have a package that contains one (or more) rails, it can be picked up from you to return. Unfortunately, we charge for this. To have GLS pick up your 200-cm package, the costs are €19.50 in NL and €22.50 in BE. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to have the package sent via another parcel carrier, that is of course fine too. You will then have to arrange this yourself, of course.

Mailbox parcels can be returned by crossing out your own address on the original package and writing RETURNSENDER on the label. Then you can put the package in a PostNL mailbox.

Exchanges
Wrong color? Not the right size? You can. Often you only see that on the spot.

In that case, please contact our customer service: info@dev.ophangsystemen.nl. They will discuss with you the possibilities of exchange, by returning the old order and placing a new order. In the latter case, you will have to pay shipping costs again (if applicable).
